TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual, a Philippine citizen married to a Thai national, faces challenges applying for an O visa due to discrepancies in travel documents. They used their old passport for their marriage registration and incorrectly submitted it for the visa application, leading to a denial. They are currently in Thailand and need to provide a booking ticket for their visa application, but are unsure how to proceed without access to a computer or funds for expensive help. Commenters suggest exploring local immigration offices for assistance and considering booking a low-cost ticket as a solution.

Look very closely at what they are asking for. Are they specifically asking for a booking? Or maybe just an itinerary? For several embassies they just want a flight number, date etc, which you can get without actually booking anything yet.

In other words, you might be able to just go online and find a specific flight to Thailand from the Philippines, at a date convenient for the visa application to be finished, and give them the flight information.

You can't apply online from inside Thailand. Go and talk to your local immigration office in Samui about getting an in country Non-O visa as married to a Thai. Take your husband with you

you must have at least 15 days (21 in some places) left on your current stamp to apply for an in country Non-O visa. If you don't they will turn you away. And to apply online you must first leave Thailand and travel to the country of the consulate you want to apply through

Are they asking to see a return ticket showing you intend to leave Thailand? if so you can book a cheap 'throwaway' Bus ticket to Laos from 12go.com but of course if you make other arrangements and get your proper visa then you do not use the bus ticket. hope that helps
