TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual, a Philippine citizen married to a Thai national, faces challenges applying for an O visa due to discrepancies in travel documents. They used their old passport for their marriage registration and incorrectly submitted it for the visa application, leading to a denial. They are currently in Thailand and need to provide a booking ticket for their visa application, but are unsure how to proceed without access to a computer or funds for expensive help. Commenters suggest exploring local immigration offices for assistance and considering booking a low-cost ticket as a solution.
