What should I do if I can't navigate the online application for a 60-day Thai travel visa?

I also have trouble, the gatcha gets me ...i am always wrong🫪 or it does not accept me😅

Just do visa exempt and a 30 day extension ....easy

I’m having problems with online application - live in Isle of Man which is a British overseas territory and there is no dropdown for it so not letting me continue. Got up to putting my address in and can’t continue - so frustrating

use an agent

If you used your pc for application, log out and log in on your mobile phone, the payment box will not be greyed out like it was on pc. I was able to pay when I logged in from my mobile. Good luck 🤞

I remember it being counterintuitive to pay for it because you need to tick the box of the far left in order to press the pay button on the far right. Are you just stuck at the very end of the process and you're stuck at the part where you need to pay and you can't figure out how?

If the payment button stays greyed out on the “ready to submit” page, try checking the box next to the particular application’s left and the payment link should become active.

There is a small tick box next to the application on the far left of the screen. You need to click that. Then the pay tab on the right of the screen will become available

Really I didnt have so many issues.

There different options if the meaning is to stay 60 days in Thailand if your passport is applicable you can enter Thailand on Visa exempt what garanties the stay of 30 days, you can extend that 30 days with another period of 30 days in the local emigration office. You also could do a border run after 30 days and return and get a new period of 30 day stay on visa exempt. There is another problem that your airport carrier want to see an outbound ticket if you chose the first method , for that you need to show an outbound ticket after the 30 days You can use any outbound ticket (Plane,boat,train, bus) so long it got a PNR (Passenger Name Record) with airport carriers this is guaranteed , with other methods I am not sure Depending on the check in officer it could be accepted or not, best to inform with your airport carrier of the flight to Thailand what is accepted Extra information : land border runs are only allowed twice a year, there is no limit on plane border runs (but there other limits for entrance)

I found it easier using my iPhone not having a pc and found it hard on my iPad
