What is the typical visa approval time for applications submitted in Hanoi?

UPDATE: Just approved May 9!!! Thank you every one

I applied in Hanoi 10 days ago but it still hasn't been approved. Is there anyone else waiting in Hanoi like me? Is it taking so long for the visa to be approved because my expected arrival date is next month? Or is it because I apply my stay to 5 months?

There have been a lot of both Vietnamese and Thai holidays recently. The processing is in "Working" days not days elapsed. Viet holidays were 30th and 1st with most taking the 2nd too. Thai holiday was the 5th and will be 9th and 12th too.. The Embassy will take both local and Thai holidays
