TLDR : Answer Summary
A 66-year-old from the USA is confused about obtaining a retirement visa after booking a flight to Thailand. They are seeking advice on the best visa options, the application process, the necessity of a onward or throwaway ticket, and renting a condo with just a passport copy. Furthermore, they are looking for healthcare recommendations, particularly regarding SafetyWing.
