TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a marriage 'O' visa and your Thai wife passes away, you must inform the Immigration Office. You are generally allowed to stay until your visa extension expires, after which you'll need to find another option to remain in Thailand. Regarding your assets such as money and properties, they are treated according to inheritance laws and your will, not visa regulations.
Should your thai wife die, you WILL get to stay until the yearly extension of stay based on marriage that you're on expires. Then you find a new way to stay.
Unfortunately this is the thai VISA advice group, not the "what happens to the assets in my thai wife's name if she dies" group so we are done.
It's not a topic for this group..Sorry about that.
And PLEASE, if you do not know the rules, although you signed that you acknowledged that you understand the rules and regulations, DO NOT comment you have to leave the country the moment she dies. READ Clause NR 2 on the document you signed:
i guess you applied at your local Immigration office for the Extension of Stay based on being married to a Thai National. If the wife pass away during that 1 year Extension of Stay you have to inform the Immigration Office and you normally can stay till the end of your Extension of Stay. You have to sort out another option to stay inside Thailand after that. What happens with the money, house, car, furniture etc has nothing to do with a visa and is like every other country, divided by heirs or as described in the will
