TLDR : Answer Summary
The red mark in a passport used by Thai Immigration can indicate several things. It could be a date stamp in red ink, sometimes also found in blue, which reflects the date of entry or the necessity to show a work permit for the Non Immigrant B visa. Other instances of red marks may signify a ban on entering Thailand or indicate that a visa is 'Used' or 'Invalid'. The meaning can vary, and it's important for travelers to understand the purpose of the stamp in their passport.

Is this the stamp? You can read the text to find out what the Thai Consulate is trying to explain you,
This stamp has nothing to do that you have to leave Thailand, you first have to see if you can enter Thailand.

What kind of red stamp do you have in your passport, as I can post another few pictures

There may also be a red mark on top of a visa marked "Used" or "Invalid". But.
What purpose do you think the red mark has?

This stamp in read means you are banned to enter Thailand for xxxx many years as mentioned in the stamp

Thai Immigration may use red inked to stamp a date inside your passport, it looks like 12 Apr 2020 but then in red. Or this example, some times in blue some times in red, it means you need to show a work permit next time you apply for this Non Immigrant B visa
