We are living in Hua Hin and will come to Chiang Mai for three months soon. We will rent an Airbnb Appartment and I have a 50+ Non Imm Visa on a yearly base.

What do I have to bring at Immigration, TM 28, Passport and Copy and what else? Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
When visiting Chiang Mai for three months with a Non Imm Visa, you will need to bring your passport, a copy of your passport, and the TM 28 form for Immigration. Ensure all necessary documents are prepared for a smooth process.
