What are the tips for applying for a Thailand DTV visa as a UAE business owner?

Use search including Embassy name, before asking questions that has allready been asked numerous times before, and get a lot of bonus information at the same time.

Your profile works - Pakistani passport + UAE resident + business owner is actually a very common approved profile at Abu Dhabi embassy, but Abu Dhabi is one of the stricter ones for workcation documents. Here's what wins there:

*1. Is profile suitable?*

Yes. $25k USD ~ 900k THB so you are well above 500k THB. Home maintenance company is real business, not shell - that helps. Abu Dhabi cares more about _ongoing income_ than balance alone.

*2. Documents UAE business owner should provide:*

For Abu Dhabi eVisa, upload in this order - they check order:

- Passport data page + UAE residence visa page (minimum 6 months validity left)

- Emirates ID front/back

- 6 months UAE personal bank statements (not just company) showing ending balance >500k THB each month, stamped by bank or e-statement with name visible. Abu Dhabi rejects company account statements alone.

- Company trade license + MOA showing you as owner - English or Arabic with English translation

- 3 months company bank statements - to show activity

- Proof of work: Last 3 invoices to clients + VAT certificate if you have it + company website / Google Business profile screenshot. They want proof company is active.

- Cover letter: 1 page - "I own XYZ maintenance in Abu Dhabi, I manage remotely, I want DTV workcation to work remotely from Thailand, I will continue running company from Thailand". Keep it simple.

- Proof of address in UAE - Ejari or utility bill

- Portfolio: photos of jobs, client contracts - helps for non-IT business

I am a business owner in USA.

When I applied I was uploaded my business license showing me as an owner, I uploaded 3 bank statements that all had more then th 500k but kept asking for additional financial documents, after doing it twice I ended uploading one statement and I was approved days later. As for other documents was just what they asked for, photo, passport, residency.

It was pretty smooth.

So based on what you have just standard document the embassy ask for and 3 months financial statement with the 500K+ should be sufficient based on my own experience.
