Can anyone suggest me a reliable yet affordable School or agency for getting a thai ED visa. 

I am looking for a thai Ed 6 months visa. Can I do it while in Thailand with a tourist visa or I must apply for the ed visa from my country?

Yes but you'll need to start early (and take the 30 day extension) as the school needs time to get the application documents together
