From my guess the first one is permanent address and second is current address?

PS: Both inputs are labelled as 'Home Address'

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion clarifies the distinction between two addresses labeled 'Home Address' on a form: the first is identified as the permanent address (where bills are sent), and the second as the current address (such as a hotel). Users express agreement on this interpretation and note that the labeling of the form is poorly designed.

Yes, you're correct.

1st address is permanent address where your bills are sent to.

2nd address is current address (eg hotel)
