TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus in the comments suggests that the Golden Tree Snake is generally considered non-venomous; however, some users noted it could be mildly venomous and potentially harmful to those with allergies. Most commenters highlighted its beautiful appearance and lack of aggression.
that's a dangerous and not correct assumption. Although the majority of venomous snakes don't have round eyes there are exceptions - cobra is one of them
Chrysolpya Ornarta Golden tree Snake, rear fanged, mildly venomous, could only be problematic if you are allergic to the venom or sustain a long bite where the snake has the chance to work it's fangs into you and deliver a good dose of venom. #not admin
Yup, golden.. I typically find these guys & field mice under my hood in winter (professionally sealed the vents shut so they can't get in car) and trying to get into my house in rain season (like yesterday)... I've never had an aggressive one. They are however curious and love eating rats, geckos, and other small rodents. very easy to move along-π
not harmful till you know you are allergic π If you are, treat all kind of tropical snakes especially multicolor as a potentially danger and take necessary precautions.
