TLDR : Answer Summary
Using a Thai bank account not in your company's name raises concerns during visa applications. It's essential to have a company registration linking you as the owner or director, with proof of company funds in the bank. If the personal account is used, you need documentation indicating your income and employment status, alongside your personal bank balance.
How does your company pay you if it doesn't have a bank account? If payments come directly from clients into your personal account that would suggest to me you are a freelancer and the company is not relevant to anything. Where and how do you pay tax on your income?

The bank account needs to be in your name not company name

You must produce a company registration (outside Thailand) with your name as the owner or director, as well as a stamp from your country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then, using the bank stamp (which must be in English), demonstrate the company's bank account on all transactions for the previous 3 to 6 months.
Otherwise, you will need a confirmation letter from the company stating how much you earn, whether you may work remotely, and when you started working. Also, include your monthly salary slips and your most recent personal tax submission.
Furthermore, you must show your personal bank account with 500,000 baht in your name (regardless of currency).

You do need a personal bank account for the application (doesn't need to be on a Thai bank). Also, you're not allowed to run a company in Thailand on the DTV, either. (Ignore the last sentence if the company is not registered in Thailand, but elsewhere).
