Visa processing times can vary, typically taking 10-15 business days. However, during holidays like Songkran and Easter, this may be extended due to office closures. Applicants are advised to check their application status via direct inquiry but may face delays during peak holiday seasons.
on the application it asks for proposed your arrival date and method. I'm confused, did you get your visa and return to Thailand using it, or did you return to Thailand before it was issued?
the way you relay your situation is ambiguous. You say you're already living in Bangkok, you say you're on a tourist visa, but that you are in America. You still haven't answered what was your proposed entry date into Thailand on your application? Processing times are reset when further documents are requested and received.
Calm down there bud. I didn't know this was an investigation. I live in Bkk. Im in Bkk. The entry date was submitted with the form. The entry date has passed but that is irrelevant.
no email advising submission received? When you login you can still see application? I would be calling them

Normally 10-15 business days. Though they might have slowed down in anticipation of Songkran and Easter. There was also another Thai holiday at the beginning of the month.
You can always try sending them a Facebook message asking about the status. Just keep it concise, your name, passport number, application number, and just ask for a status update. But I don't think they'll be open much this week between Songkran and Easter.
Use the message button on that page. And yes, although it seems odd, that's actually the best place to get a reply. It seems like most Thai embassies ignore e-mails and don't answer calls, but they actually pay attention to Facebook Messenger. In my case they didn't even reply when I sent a message but my visa was approved the next day.
