Maybe it is Godsend🌈But like June 18  2018 I got a message a friend whom has Thai Examiner on his phone.It seems that  my old boyfriend has gotten himself into quite a pickle He was my boyfriend in 1969-1973. I remained friends with his mom for so many years up till she  passed 2008. Anyway he was arrested in  Bangkok along with a doctor for allegedly trying to traffic Hash oil very much oil .They were heading towards Death Row.Ive been searching to see if he’s alive or what . keep trying and be sure to provide your entire real name to the embassy so maybe can give you permission.

I was in a similar situation. The embassy said i needed his permission.

Then one day i got an e mail from my friend. (He was released after 15 years).

The embassy had clearly contacted him and given him my contact info.

Check with the embassy of whatever country he is from they will have records of all foriegn in mates. There is also a christian organisation that does visits
