I think we mix some things.

You arrived on day xx/xx/xx in Thailand, if you did not leave Thailand you have to report yourself 89 days after arrival at the Immigration Office, this is called the 90 day inside Thailand report.

What ever date mentioned on the visa as valid until has nothing to do with this

Today I go but staff tell me He can’t and tell me go back and Do online. If finished, come back again with a passport.
