How can I book an appointment to pay for my Visa at the Thai Embassy in Vientiane?
I am having trouble booking an appointment at the Thai Embassy in Vientiane to pay for my Visa. Does anybody know where I can book it? The site is down, I've tried Thai Embassy's site either, Vientiane wasn't on the list..

Vientiane doesn't require an appointment to pay. You should do your research before applying for a visa.
