Pretty sure I just broke the world record for the longest waiting time ever 😅
Are we even surprised by the Paris Embassy ?
Applied on August 23rd, and still waiting..
Do you know if the timer is reset when they ask for extra documents ? (I was ask for another photo on September 9th)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the long waiting times for Thai visa applications, particularly at the Paris Embassy. The original poster is experiencing a delay since applying on August 23 and inquires whether requesting additional documents resets the processing timer. Various commenters share their own experiences, highlighting a range of waiting periods and mentioning that embassies often hold applications if the travel date is far in the future.
Also be aware that, if the date that you plan to travel to Thailand is too far ahead, it is common that embassies put applications "on hold" and approve/issue the visa closer to the intended travel date.
oh maybe that’s the reason then.. but I respected the 3 month before. still frustrating cause I won’t have enough time to do the dependent visa for my husband and daughter
