Do we need to legalize translations of French birth and marriage certificates for DTV in Thailand?

Hello everyone, we are going to do the DTV in Cambodia in a couple of weeks. For the dependents, we have french birth and marriage certificates. We will get them translated in Thai or English but do we need to have the translation legalized by our embassy? Thanks!
