Hello lovely people,

So, when going to Laos to apply for a non-B, can you get a Laos visa (just for while I'm there getting my non-B for back in Thailand) at the airport... at night? 

I wanna book tickets to Ventienne the night before so I'm at the Thai consulate nice and early.

Any answers greatly appreciated!!!!
