Has anyone used your Thai bank account and the 12 months deposit method for income verification for a retirement visa and deposited extra money for housing deposits or spending money, etc., and run into any issues? I know immigration wants to see 12 months worth of deposits, I'm wondering if any extra deposits will mess things up.
Summary so far
The question revolves around the use of a Thai bank account and the 12-month deposit method for income verification needed for a retirement visa. The poster is specifically concerned about whether additional deposits, beyond the required monthly amount to verify income, might cause issues with their immigration application. There are no direct answers to this concern in the comments, as the conversation veers off into unrelated topics like internet speeds, suggesting a lack of expertise addressing the visa inquiry.

That largely depends where you are... at home my 5G will do 300mb up and down --- but obviously if the signal isn't good

Terary Apellido yes, it’s annoying how many hotels etc advertise WiFi but it’s literally useless. Even to watch YouTube on data saving mode 😑

สก็อต อัลการ์ do you have unlimited data? I’m with AIS 250GB @ 20MBPS then after that is used it’s unlimited at 1MBPS. I’m hoping that the 1MBPS is enough to do a Sales job 9 to 5 Mon to Fri🤔😊

สก็อต อัลการ์ nice! Sim routers are the way forward. Separating them from a phone I probably will need to use for something😅
