 has to be in thai, if it’s for thai assets or property and attested by a lawyer otherwise worthless in Thai court

 that's wrong. Ee have some properties here. No lawyer needed for a will. The city hall knows the procedure. But hey, feed the lawyer😂

Good luck……a close friends family got badly burned on this, took months and numerous long haul trips to resolve but hey ho won’t be your problem when you’re gone…….

 general cost with lawyers in Pattaya is between 6 k and 10 k and depends whether you gonna do a living Will at the same time or not—you are allowed one free consult with most—so i suggest you do that
