TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about potential problems reentering Koh Samui after a border run to Kuala Lumpur on an O-A visa. Community members responded that as long as you have a valid mult-entry O-A visa and potentially proof of insurance, you should not face issues reentering.

Okay, let's try to sort out that goofed up post :O

You hold a valid year-long, multi-entry O-A visa and are flying out and back to Kuala Lumpur from Samui Airport to get a new year entry stamp, right?

you should have NO problem getting back in (although keep in mind they CAN ask you for proof of insurance on an O-A visa)
