Was a Test and Go booking. Very happy with just about everything from initial application to check-out. communication both initially (had to change the booking) and during my short stay was good. Will recommend to friends and colleagues who visit Thailand.

Paying 16,700 baht does not add up - airport transfer and a hotel room x2 = 3,500 baht at the most. PCR test = ? We feel that we paid well over the top to see our Thai family - not a nice experience as we are pensioners.

• Pickup from airport was smooth and fast, Food was good, service is good and everything like check-in and 7/11 delivery went smooth. As I had to work remote it was lucky for me to be at the shadow side of the hotel. For me ok, but may be for other tourists not ok as this room had a small balcony and shadow side. I deliberately choose the cheapest room.

• I didn’t received a QR code from negative PCR tests from the hospital and hotel to upload in the morchana app.
• Reception and nurse didn’t know how to provide. I’ve got only the negative PCR tests on paper. Not a very big deal but as ASQ hotel you have to know and how to deliver.n

PS in general: I hope never to be in quarantaine again. Waste of time and money. But look at the circumstances, this hotel was ok.

• Because of Covid the pool seating is limited

I wasn’t looking for a luxurious place to spend my short quarantine time so I opted to save as much as I could and got the city view room. The view was actually of the alley and back of the building next door so I really didn’t spend time on the nice little terrace. I opted instead to spend a lot of time at the pool as soon as I was cleared after my first test. Food was always on time each day. Plate, bowl, utensils, water already in the room on arrival. Nice bathroom with ample hot water. WiFi was flawless. TV had great reception and plenty of channels to choose from. I latched onto the 24/7 movie channel in English. I’d definitely go back if I had to do a quarantine bit again.

Toilet cleaning should be done at least twice In week Option of in-house/ordering food from outside should be provided with cost charged accordingly

• The staff was really nice. It was Nice , that I had the balcony. the thaifood was good and the food came always at the right time and I got a yogamatt, eventhough I had to ask 3 times.the bed was very comfortable. I had a waterboiler and a microwave.

• I didn’t got any Informations about what I have to do and how the 10 days are going. Had to ask a lot within the week. From time to time the food was a bit oily, after 10 days the room was really dirty, also problems with ants from time to time, but I know that this is normal if foot falls down. I could have needed something to clean for the room.

I would go there again! I could enjoy the 10 days better than I expected and the balcony really helped and the thaifood option was mostly good food. The stuff and especially the nurse was very friendly and helped me with questions and everything.

Hotel was a big disappointment. Used water bottles in fridge. Had In my bill a pizza I didn't order. No breafast. I asked a yellow taxi they got me a private car who wanted 500thb from hotel to Jomtien. Nothing to recommend.

• Because of some mistake I have paid the bill 2 times from my VISA Card. Hotel speaks from refound to me, but until now (Dec. 28) I did not see any on my account

It was a fine stay . After travelling we needed the rest anyway and enjoyed also the breakfast the other day.

After getting my monthly account from VISA I reconised I had paid double. I had many discussions and still no money back

• Service was Absolutely the Best. In and out Fast.

• Shower work good but sprayed everywhere so Shower head needs replaced or cleaned. Spray pattern everywhere. Not brother me much!

From airport to hotel test and go, went perfectly! I arrived early at 12 noontime, had great room service only stayed 7 hours, home by 7:30 pm. Staff here including parking attendants Super good people, Highly Recommend this SHA+ for all. Thank you for the treatment I received, my friend will be staying with you on January 7, he will like it I know.

Everything was perfect organized. It was realy quick at the airport. The taxi was ready. And in the hotel it went really smood. The staff is verry well trained.

• I pay 14 week 38.000 Baht but have to stay only 7 days. Refound of the hotel very complicated. Get only 10.000 Baht back and have to go with tourist police to get a word about refound.

• Le lit est une suite ferme pour soulager les maux de dos.
• La nourriture est bonne, la portion est suffisante et pas trop de choix, cela se répétera pendant deux semaines, mais vous pouvez cependant demander des fruits ou de la salade au lieu du repas si vous vous ennuyez du même repas, vous pouvez également vérifier la nourriture via GRABFOOD, 7 /11 ou LINEMAN APP mais u hv pour faire une capture d'écran de ce que vous voulez, puis vous l'avez envoyé à la réception via LINE pour commander, vous ne pouvez pas commander directement.
• J'adore Internet à l'hôtel, c'est le souper rapide et aussi un compte Netflix gratuit
• La baignoire est propre.
• L'air conditionné est neuf à l'état d'air frais.
• Grande bouteille d'eau en commande illimitée une fois votre eau terminée.
• Tout ce dont vous avez besoin, vous pouvez le dire à la réceptionniste.
• J'aime leur hospitalité, de bons services.
• Dans l'ensemble, pour moi, le personnel est très gentil avec moi si vous ne pouvez pas finir votre nourriture, il y a un micro-ondes pour chauffer. Ou vous pouvez commander de la nourriture à l'extérieur également au service d'étage. Mais je vous recommande de réserver avec vue sur la piscine car il vaut peut-être mieux rester 16 jours et avoir une vue sur la piscine.

• Peu de choses que j'ai à dire.
• Aucun matériel de nettoyage fourni dans la chambre. Et ne permettez pas aux gens de venir nettoyer votre chambre pendant la quarantaine.
• Seul test PCR que vous pouvez sortir de votre chambre ou en cas d'urgence.
• La chambre avec vue sur la ville (36 m²) n'a pas l'air présentable.
• Petit frigo. Et la douche est vieille.

• Seul choix de repas qui devrait nous permettre de sélectionner 3 repas parmi 6 menus par jour sans petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner séparés.
• Fournir du matériel de nettoyage.

• Balcon, bouilloire, frigo, micro-onde et personnel très sympa

• Même menu pendant deux semaines et je n'ai pas eu le droit de couper mes fruits avec un couteau.

Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne expérience, le personnel était très serviable et m'a fourni tout ce que j'avais demandé à part un couteau. (pour couper des fruits) La nourriture était correcte, mais pas à mon goût, il aurait pu y avoir plus d'options car je ne mange pas de fruits de mer ni de crustacés. J'avais un enfant de deux ans avec moi et il n'aimait rien, c'était très difficile de le faire manger. La chambre était propre et confortable et on m'a fourni des draps et des serviettes propres sur demande. Le balcon était super, pour pouvoir s'asseoir dehors. Je dirais que la seule chose que je n'aimais pas, c'était l'absence de règle sur l'alcool, c'était très ennuyeux.

Personnel agréable, le contact avec le personnel est très facile et la réponse rapide. Très étrange que le test Covid soit à 6h du matin....Et qu'attendez-vous après le test n°3. 3 jours juste à attendre...

Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel car AQL, Le balcon est aussi un point très apprécié, le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner se prennent au grand air.

• La vue de la chambre n'était pas la même avec la confirmation de réservation.

La chambre doit être plus propre. Internet et la télévision par câble sont plutôt bons, en particulier Netflix qui a fourni... donc au moins quelque chose à divertir pendant la quarantaine.

L'hôtel était charmant et propre. Le personnel était très serviable avec toutes vos demandes de renseignements. La prise en charge à l'aéroport a été très rapide.

Endroit correct dans l'ensemble et personnel formidable. Hautement recommandable. Aucune boisson alcoolisée servie pendant la quarantaine.
