Have an appointment at the Thai embassy and loas and I just noticed it says on the website thai baht only.

I'm currently in Laos and the banks won't sell thai baht and the small currencies have been shut down by the government recently

Have any of u applied recently there? Were you able to pay in Kip? I'm sorta running around begging ppl to exchange to no avail.

*Update - got it from a tuk tuk driver! Haha
