Applied in LA Dec 16, 2 week soft power cooking. Emailed Jan 2, further documents requested/sent Jan 4, emailed later that day with no response for weeks. Called many times but the line is disconnected. Decided to go to Thailand on my scheduled flight anyway. Emailed the consulate again Jan 26. They requested the same exact documents I previously submitted. I uploaded and emailed, then was approved today.
I submitted to LA consulate on Friday and today they're requesting 2 documents that I've already submitted:
1. Proof of business registration - I submitted a PDF copy of my client's EIN registration document and secretary of state account number + LLC details (pulled this one from the state's corporate business search website)
2. Employment contract - My contract is labeled as "service contract", as that is what my client's company calls them
I submitted a self employment declaration letter and a cover letter also that both indicated all of these but I'm wondering if they just missed both of these in the original application?
Do I need to relabel the contract something else + submit a diff LLC doc or just submit again what I originally sent in with the application?
