Will I face problems returning to Thailand after a visa run given my long stay on tourist and student visas?

hello everyone!

this is my situation: im in Thailand since may 2016, since then i did 2 tourist visa run(60 days +30days extension) in vientiane and I started a student visa in December which will end end of July.

Maybe i'm just over worrying but...

Question 1 : i'm planning on doing an other visa run now, do you think i will get any problems getting back in since im staying in Bkk since so long only with tourists extensions and student visa?

question 2: Me and my Thai girlfriend want to get married, i see that from September 2016 is required a proof of an actual monthly salary in your bank account, and not just the 400kbath. Does anyone had to do this yet?(it may apply only for Italian citizens)
