Can someone please recommend Muay Thai schools that provide documents for DTV? What price can I expect? Is it required to have a 6-month training course? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several recommendations for Muay Thai schools that provide documentation for the DTV visa include Bangkok Fight Lab, Wildcat Muay Thai, Tiger Eye, and Dowden Muay Thai. Training costs typically range from 15,000 to 30,000 THB for a 6-month course. While many recommend a minimum 6-month training period for better approval chances, some embassies may not require it.

Tiger Eye in Bangkok!

When you apply for soft power you will get the visa for training Muay Thai. If your training is less than 6 months you don't need DTV, you might just opt yourself for METV because that is cheaper than DTV and when embassy decides to give you METV you won't get back any money.

It would help to know where you will be living in Thailand, your passport nation, where you plan on submitting the DTV visa application and where you are now.

Don't do 3 months...6 or More is BEST...3 might be denied the DTV visa and a SETV single entry tourist visa issued instead of the DTV...as the SETV is for up to 3 months stay in Thailand.

Tiger Eye in Bangkok, and no it’s not required to have a 6 month course. Some embassies will ask for it, but not all.

And you run a risk of being DENIED the DTV visa for courses less than 6 months. BEST to sign up for More than 6 months ...not less.

A minimum of 6 months, preferably a bit longer as people have been issued with an METV instead from some consulates

There’s many options all over the country but Bangkok Fight Lab charges 30,000 for 6 month unlimited training, DTV docs included

Dowden Muay Thai Training packages at 20,000฿.

Yes from what I’ve seen everyone recommends a 6 month course minimum for your best chance of approval
