TLDR : Answer Summary
If you live near Udom Suk station and need to extend your tourist visa, you should go to the Changwattana Immigration Office if you have a 60-day tourist visa. If you entered Thailand on a 30-day visa exemption, then visit the Muang Thong Thani immigration office instead. Both offices are relatively close, and you can take the BTS to Wat Phra Sri Mahathat station and then a cab from there.

You are in Bangkok Proper (according to Google Maps). IF you entered on a 60 day tourist visa, you would go to Changwattana Immigration Office. IF you entered on a 30 day visa exempt, you would go to Muang Thong Thani immigration office.

Both immigration offices are close to each other. Easiest way is BTS to Wat Phra Sri Mahathat station, then get a cab from the roundabout under the station.

You have a 30 day visa exempt, and you will go to Muang Thong Thani immigration office for the 30 day extension of stay based on tourism.

You will need the following documents to get a 30 day extension of stay based on tourism:

1. Your passport and:

a. a copy of your data ("picture") page

b. a copy of your most recent visa (if you have one)

c. a copy of your most recent stamp

d. a copy of your departure card

2. [MAYBE] A TM30, filed in the immigration office.

3. The extension of stay application form (“TM 7”)

4. 1x passport pictures

5. 1,900 THB.
