We use a transaction service near the Landmark. A front entry of Landmark, face the main road and walk left about 50-100 meters. The shop is there on your left. We have had lots of docs translated there. All accepted by gov't here and in Canada.

City issues marriage certificate in both Thai and English, no translation needed. All documents are, the fees are also the same as it is in Thai language. Go back to the city hall snd request one.
