What should I say if asked about my previous work while on an education visa in Thailand?
Any one have recommendations for what to say if asked about previous work while in Thailand. I’ve been on an education visa learning Thai but my business I’ve still been running which is located in the USA. Will they question this or ask how I’ve maintained the business while in the country for the past year?
Answer summary
When asked about your previous work while on an education visa in Thailand, it's advisable to be truthful about your circumstances. There are two approaches you can take: either explain that you have been running your business based in the USA while focusing on learning Thai or remain vague in hopes that they do not inquire further. Experiences shared by others indicate that such questions may not always be posed.
