What can I grow from seeds at this time of year, food wise?
I'm living in the centre of Thailand which means it's pretty hot with little rain in the past 6 months.
I have built a nursery where I thin our my wife's plants but I want to BRANCH out into seeds and trees. (Sorry about the pun)
Thanks in advance

We composite all our fresh food waste in a shallow trench in one bed, 15cm deep, bury and cover, as it goes along, I then transfer all the seeds that sprout, I have had capsicum, chilli, pumpkin, tomatoes, bell peppers, apples, oranges lemons. All sprout, biggest problem is space to grow them to harvest

Be careful of what you're growing. Some seeds are illegal in Thailand π
we've tried tomatoes and cucumber, failed bit to hot or the wife's doing something wrong π π€

I have had luck only with cherry tomatoes. And I have to be the bumble-bee, shaking the new flower buds to get them to pollinate. I've have an easy time with cucumbers, but perhaps where you live is just too hot.

My water is terrible, lots of dissolved solids and alkaline. I went through a lot of seeds trying to figure out why everything died.
I grow eggplant, Thai and Japanese varieties, pretty much year round.
