TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information regarding vaccination proof for their 13-year-old daughter to travel to Thailand, as NHS England is unable to provide an official certificate. Commenters indicate that proof of full vaccination is required to avoid a 10-day quarantine upon arrival in Thailand.

Yes she needs proof of being fully vaccinated to come to Thailand with the test and go 1 day quarentine. Without it she will need to go through 10 days quarentine.

all she has got is the card that they give you

NHS are refusing to issue a letter

If I put her details in the the nhs app says not old enough to use this site

the vaccination card maybe enough, You can contact the Thai embassy to check. If they require a different certificate then no idea hoe to get it from NHS. Maybe call them.
