What is the typical processing time for a Thai Non-B visa applied from Vientiane?
Could anyone here provide me some clarity regarding the Thai evisa? I am working in Khon Kaen and have applied to get the Non-B visa in Vientiane. I have opted to pay at the Vientiene embassy.
The embassy advised that I wait between 10-15 working days for a decision, but someone who got the visa told me that they went to Vientiane shortly after submitting an online application and got the visa within 2 days via an agent.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Answer summary
The Thai eVisa application process for a Non-B visa can vary in processing time. While the embassy advises a wait of 10-15 working days after application, reports from others suggest that by applying online and paying promptly at the Vientiane embassy, some individuals have received their visas within 1-2 days, particularly if called for an interview.

You enter Laos. You apply online. You go and pay as soon as possible. Then wait to see if they summon you for an interview. Many people report getting their visas within 1-2 days after the interview
