What is the form required by a juristic person to notify immigration of my return to Chiangmai?
Hi. I just returned to Chiangmai from Vientiane, Laos last night. I live in a condo that I own. Please can somebody remind me the name of the form that the juristic person requires to send to immigration to notify them I am back in Chiangmai? Kind Regards Gordon
