To go out to the Immigration Centre at Lak Si would I get there if I take the Saphan Taksin BTS and change over to the MRT at Saladaeng and get off at Bang Sue and switch to the train at Bang Sue Junction to go to Lak Si and then catch a Taxi from there. TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
To get to the Immigration Centre at Lak Si using public transportation, you can take the Saphan Taksin BTS, transfer to the MRT at Saladaeng, get off at Bang Sue, and then change to another train to reach Lak Si. After reaching Lak Si, you can take a taxi to your final destination. However, it's suggested that using the local stop trains may be an option, but they have less frequent service. Alternatively, going to Mochit on the BTS or Taopoon/Bangson/Bangsue on the MRT, and then taking a taxi from there, could be a more convenient option.

Using the local stop trains may be an option - but not so regular service.

I would go to mochit on the skytrain or even Taopoon / Bangson / bangsue on the MRT and get a taxi, from there (where I live) its a 20-30 min drive (double in rush hour) Most definitely easier than using the 'big' trains form Bangsue junction.

If the taxi driver understand the address you tell him I would say yes.
