I've applied at the Osaka embassy because i was in japan at the time and got my visa after 2 weeks but was wondering where Is the nearest place I should go to the next time i want to renew visa

You don't need to renew your visa. It's good for five years. Every 180 days you can just leave Thailand and go to whatever country you want but you don't have to do anything online. Just re-enter Thailand again.
