TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a child's e-visa, you can use the same document to indicate current location as you would use for a parent, such as a driver's license or a utility bill.

Assuming you're submitting an application for at least 1 parent at the same time? Probably okay to just use the same thing as you're using for the parent. Drivers license, utility bill, etc.

Yes, I should have clarified. Myself, my husband, and 2 children. So upload my DR for both my children?

I would think so, since a child isn't going to have any of the documents you would normally use to fulfill this requirement.
