Ive always thought wise was great for transfering from your british bank to your thai bank, nice and quick, and reasonably priced. I think this latest development will lose them customers but suspect they had no choice

I use Moreta and they are having issues with Thai authorities too. Seems like the rules being applied are ‘fluid’ and subject to change a lot. Moreta have actually suspended a trial i am on for QR payments in thailand.

Suspect the Thai banks see their closed shop and silly fees are at risk.
