I am currently in the process of opening up a coffee shop in Bangkok. I am hoping to obtain a business visa out of it. Does anyone have any Visa agencies that they have either worked with or agencies that they recommend?
Thank you all in advance for your help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for visa agencies to help obtain a business visa for opening a coffee shop in Bangkok. Several community members suggested specific agencies like TSL and Sunpower, while others advised consulting an attorney due to the complexities involved in this process, including legal requirements for work permits and company ownership restrictions.
I was just wondering if you had any luck obtaining the business visa? Looking to obtain one myself in the next few months, thanks ๐๐ฝ

It would be much better to use an attorney as a foreigner opening a coffee shop has quite a few restrictions you might not be aware of, as everything has to be legal to get your type B visa extension, and work permit. The last element, the work permit, is expensive, as you need at least bt2million in registered capital, and hire at least four Thai employees you pay wages and social security on. Then there is the little restriction of you not being able to sell to any customers, not even taking their money, as vending is a restricted occupation for Thais only. You will need an attorney. Also, you must have a licensed Thai accountant as that is also a restricted occupation for Thais only. Then you can only own 49% of your business.
