What are recent experiences of entering Thailand via the Nongkhai border for DTV visa holders?
Has anyone recently had any difficulties or bad experiences entering Thailand via the Nongkhai border? I've read mixed reviews in the past and just wanted an update. I am a British citizen with a DTV visa.

The bad reviews are last 2 years or so due to heavy crackdown from visa exempt / tourist visa. Which mean that Nong Khai often prevent people from leaving that border. They will turn you away if you don't have a proper visa to come back. They had to do too many denial entries so now they don't let you leave. This does not apply to DTV.
