Non-O Bank account.

For the 800k, do people just open one bank account and leave the 800k, or open 2 accounts, one being for daily use, or can you use the 800k account 🤔, obviously not allowing it to drop below the 800k.
Answer summary
The question revolves around the best banking strategy for meeting the 800,000 baht requirement for the Non-O visa in Thailand. Community members shared mixed experiences: some prefer one account for simplicity while keeping the balance above 800k, while others recommend having two accounts—one specifically for the 800k which remains inactive to simplify paperwork, and another for daily expenses. Active engagement in the 800k account may lead to complications with immigration, prompting many to advocate for maintaining dedicated accounts.
