Good day everyone. Can anyone confirm the presence of an Bangkok Bank bankbook update machine at Chaengwattana Immigration?

Answer summary

Yes, there is a Bangkok Bank branch located in the basement of Chaengwattana Immigration that features a bankbook updating machine. However, if the machine is not functioning, the bank staff will manually update your passbook.

Just one note - in case Passbook Update machine broken (this happened for me last year) you will need to wait until bank branch open, but they open early. Then lady at counter will update your book manually.

I can confirm there is a Bangkok Bank branch in the basement and it has a passbook updating machine in front of it next to the ATM and the Cash Deposit machines.
