It's a trick. I heard the same information every quarter
What is the advantage of an elite visa (bronze) at 650,000 for 5 years. I’m weighing up my options but I can’t see why this is attractive against a retirement visa, both have to be renewed every 12 months..800,000 in the bank against 650,000 one off payment. 800,000 still there after 5 years for next application but need to pay 650,000 again for elite (if still available) and on and on. it’s a genuine question as there maybe something I’m not taking into account
Andy Bee Im still weighing it up. Its less hassle for sure. Retirement visa you have to do 90 day reporting submit paperwork etc. Then renew every 12 months. I have a staffy to bring across so i saw it as hassle free for 5 years. My dog would be 15 then. I would then move onto a normal retirement visa. Im gathering information at the moment. Weighing up the pros and cons.
Dave Morris apply September 30. Takes 2 months to approve anyway. Or more. For me took close to 4 months. You only have to pay after that and you have 30 days to pay from approval. That could be end of Jan or early Feb easily
