TLDR : Answer Summary
The question revolves around the legality of holding a business visa while operating an express company in Thailand. Responses indicate mixed opinions, with some stating that securing a business visa for such a setup is unlikely due to stringent requirements, while others suggest it is possible if properly structured. It is advised to consult with the Board of Investment (BOI) for potential benefits and necessary documentation.

Basically he wants to do things illegally and not follow any rules and hope to get away with it by bribing his way through.

You won't be granted the visa for such a set up, you need a million documents to secure a non b visa and you won't pass any of the terms.

You'll need to formalize your company. You won't be able to own the business outright, and will only be a 49% shareholder. You'll also need capital of about 3M THB (IF I remember correctly)

You should be able to rent a warehouse without a business license, but the larger you get, the more attention you'll attract

. 4 million. 2 million if you have a Thai spouse. Also 4 thai employees, 2 with thai spouse. Spouse can't be one.

Yeah,I know these. But some people just rent a warehouse and keep doong their business. When the police come, they would give them some tips.

Maybe I will go this way,but I need to apply a legal visa first.
