Hello everyone

How many times is it possible to request a Thai Visa extension using the TM-7 Form.

I’ve done my first extension and looking forward to stay for some time in Bangkok.

I’m Mexican nationality.

Cheers and Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Thai visa extension using the TM-7 Form largely depends on the type of visa you initially entered Thailand with. For instance, a Single Entry Tourist Visa can only be extended once for an additional 30 days. If you hold a different visa and meet specific requirements, extensions may be possible on an annual basis. It's important to understand the particular visa type and associated conditions to ensure compliance.

You can get a 30 day extension ONCE, and in order to turn it into an in country Non-Immigrant visa of another type in Bangkok you'd need at LEAST 15 days left on your current stamp (either the 60 day entry or the 30 day extension stamp) AND you'd need to meet the documentation requirements depending on the visa you're trying to get BUT your employer would be the person to talk to about that.

You wanted to know how many times you can extend a 60 day single entry tourist visa stamp by 30 days and that answer is ONCE. :)

yes, if you can meet the requirements, as the Non Immigrant Visa can be given for several options, like work, study, volunteer, over 50 years, married to a Thai, married to a person working in Thialand, having half Thai kids, having foreign kids study in Thailand, being a monk, being a journalist, and we can go on for another hour I guess it is time you start doing some research for yourself.

it all depends on your visa exempt entry, bilateral agreement or your visa. With the correct visa you can do this year after year as long as you meet the requirements.

And? You have a stamp or a sticker issued in Mexico City, I have multiple stickers from different towns, this page is not for trade or exchange stickers or stamps. If you like to know about what is inside your passport name what is is or if you have no clue post a picture of it, without personal details.
