Working on non-immigrant o application on the evisa site...
How do you submit 3 bank statements if it only lets you upload 1 file? Do you have to merge into one document first? Before realizing I couldn't upload more than one, I uploaded the one from 3 months ago, then tried to add another one from 2 months ago. It shows only 1 file and doesn't let me see the document after uploading. The listed document also didn't change names when I uploaded the second one, so if I do need to merge them, I might have to start a new application since I can't open it to verify what's uploaded and don't want any unnecessary delay due to missing documents if I can help it.
Anyone have suggestions based on experience?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-immigrant O visa via the eVisa website, users often encounter the issue of needing to submit multiple bank statements but can only upload one file per section. To resolve this, it is necessary to merge all required bank statements into a single document before uploading. Various methods are suggested, such as using PDF merging tools like pdf24, scanning documents with apps like ABODE, or seeking assistance from local libraries. Additionally, users can update their applications to include the merged statements, as any new upload will replace previous files.
Last 3 months statemens, 3 .pdf files that I concatenated ino one. That is what I attached for my Non O 90 days visa approval, June 20. 2025. Royal Thai Consulate Osaka, Japan.
Scan them on your phone using ABODE then combine into 1 PDF, you can also shrink your images to bring the files below 3MB using apps on your phone ๐
Yes, each section only allows a single file to be uploaded. You must merge anything/everything you want to submit into a single file for each question.
