Covid-extension Report:
I want to write this report in the hopes it might help someone in similar situation as me.
Entered country: 19 dec 2020
Entry Stamp: SETV
Covid-extension: 6
Immigration office: Sakon nakhon
I brought following items:
-Passport
-Copies of all relevant pages in passport
(data page, entry stamp, extension stamps)
-Letter from my embassy stating they no longer give extension requests.
-The usual bunch of forms they provide you outside the office for covid-extension.
Today I went for my 7th Covid-extension, technically being eligible but knowing full well that my request might be rejected. Ladies outside of the immigration office checked all my paperwork and proceeded to fill in the forms for me, I only signed the forms after they finished. Inside the immigration office, the officer processed my paperwork, gave me my covid-extension stamp and took the payment but informed me when handing back my passport that this will be my last extension, I thanked him and considered myself very lucky.
Remember, your mileage may vary at your local immigration office. Good luck out there.
