I would try talking to the education visa programs, language or martial arts. They were able to convert visa without leaving country awhile ago and probably still can !

no? why? it's sounds like looking for an agent. My work permit will be cancelled soon, looking for other visa options without leaving Thailand

Thank you Tod. Luckily, current boss is willing to extend my contract to end of June. Still have time to look for next job. But looking for solution or plan B in case if I can't get a new job before that time.
