Quick one for anyone who’s done the DTV Soft Power.
I’ve got two bank accounts. One where income comes in, another I use for day to day spending, Grab orders, random stuff, etc.
When they ask for bank statements, do they really expect the full 6 months with every single transaction? That’s 50 pages of Grab rides and food orders. Or is a summary or main pages usually enough?
Also, how did you actually submit this as a PDF? One big file with everything, separate PDFs per account, or a short explanation page up front?
Appreciate any insight.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Applicants for the DTV Soft Power visa often question whether full 6-month bank statements are required. Insights suggest that while multiple transactions are typically included, a summary with key balances may suffice. It is advisable to focus on accounts showing income over those used for non-essential spending. Additionally, submissions should be consolidated into one PDF to comply with document requirements.
I'd say it depends on what type of income you have. If you have income from work you will do remotely from Thailand you should use that account BUT you then need to apply using workation and not soft power. If your income is passive then no problem
You can only submit one document per section or request, so yes you're going to combine and create a PDF. Off the cuff I'd say showing an income account is more logical than a spending account. You can always write a brief cover letter note and include it in your PDF to explain.
