Can I use half of my 800,000 baht deposit while on a retirement visa in Thailand?

Hi folks, I am on a retirement visa granted first time on 6.3.2019. I need to use half of the 800.000 baht deposit. Is it ok or not, since I had heard that there is a new rule which forces retirees to keep the money in the thai bank for 3 months after the retirement visa is granted. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether they can withdraw half of their 800,000 baht deposit required for a Thai retirement visa, as they heard about a new rule mandating that retirees must maintain the full amount in the bank for three months post-visa approval.
